Made from 100% combed ring-spun cotton that's been soft-washed for exceptional comfort (heathers are 60% cotton, 40% polyester except Athletic Heather which is 85% cotton, 15% viscose), these tanks feature a tightly knit, mid-weight fabric that feels incredible against your skin while holding up to whatever you throw at it. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Create-on-Demand Products
Many of our products are created to order by our production partners across the United States or in a nearby country for international orders (our partners have production facilities on every continent). Given that, if you encounter an issue with your purchase, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
If your product arrives and looks misprinted, damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know. Fill out our Return form, and send us a photo of your product so we can order your replacement.
Steps to make an exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product at our Return/Exchange page including your order number, email address and name
- Send us a photo of the product by uploading it with your message
- We'll need to confirm your shipping address for your replacement
- No need to send the product back, we prefer you keep it, give it to a friend, donate it, or cut off the sleeves and make it a sexy work shirt
Returns
We accept returns or cancellations within 14 days of order. Contact us using our form and we'll get it setup. If product has already shipped, we request you return it back to us, and if the order can be cancelled prior to production, we'll do that.
Here's how to make a return if the order cannot be cancelled before production:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product at our Return/Exchange page, including your order number, email address and name
- We'll generate a return shipping label for the return. Customers are responsible for a nominal return fee to cover the shipping ($5 in the U.S., and based on actual rates for international), and should provide their own packaging
- Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund. It may take up to a week for the return to hit your bank account, depending on the bank and country
How to cancel an order if it hasn't been produced or shipped yet:
- Contact us as soon as possible after your order date. Generally our production partners create the product within 1-3 days of purchase, so the cancellation window is small
- If the order has not been produced, we'll cancel it and refund your purchase
Returns on Custom Orders and "Get Bottom'd" Commissions
Patches, custom orders for patches, or purchases such as a "Get Bottom'd" commission, are non-refundable if production has begun. This includes any photo digitization, or design work, prior to the item being produced. If you receive a patch or custom item and have concerns about it, let us know and we can discuss the best resolution.
