We accept returns or cancellations within 14 days of order. Contact us using our form and we’ll get it setup. If product has already shipped, we request you return it back to us, and if the order can be cancelled prior to production, we’ll do that.
Here’s how to make a return if the order cannot be cancelled before production:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product at our Return/Exchange page, including your order number, email address and name
- We’ll generate a return shipping label for the return. Customers are responsible for a nominal return fee to cover the shipping ($5 in the U.S., and based on actual rates for international), and should provide their own packaging
- Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund. It may take up to a week for the return to hit your bank account, depending on the bank and country
How to cancel an order if it hasn’t been produced or shipped yet:
- Contact us as soon as possible after your order date. Generally our production partners create the product within 1-3 days of purchase, so the cancellation window is small
- If the order has not been produced, we’ll cancel it and refund your purchase
